Goods Not Wanted:

You can return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different colour. The items returned must be in their original condition, which (within reason) includes any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.

After 30 days we reserve the right to refuse opened and/or unwanted goods.


Faulty Goods:

If the item seems faulty within the first 30 days of receipt, you will need to return it to us for a replacement or issue you a refund. Click here and complete our customer contact form.

After 30 days, you will need to contact us by filling in our customer contact form detailing the fault. We will then contact the manufacturer on your behalf as there may be alternative instructions from the manufacturer. Click here

After 6 months of receipt of the item we cannot accept faulty goods back, so you will need to contact the manufacturer, please contact us for more information.

Returned Item(s) Guidance:

  •  You should always contact us before returning an item.  
  •  All returned items MUST be sent by recorded delivery, as we are not responsible for goods lost or not received. We recommend UK customers use and select the Hermes service - it is very cheap (please be sure to select the option for "signed signature")
